On plain x-ray of pelvis AP-no pathological radioopague shadow seen.
Contrast: 15cc Non lonic Contrast

Uterine Cavity Shows-Normal cavity size,shape and site. No pathological filling defect or external impression seen.

Fallopian Tubes:
Right tube: There is mild dilatation of the terminal segment of the tube with normal patency
Left tube: normal in size and caliber with normal patency

Peritoneal Spillage:
Right: Normal peritoneal spill
Lift: Normal peritoneal spill

Delayed film: shows no pooling of contrast

IMPRESSION:
-Fallopian Tubes-Both tubes are patent showing normal peritoneal spill.
-Mild hydrosalpinx of right fallopian tube involving the terminal segment of the tube.
-Uterine cavity is normal. No filling defect seen.
