Every day I try to tell you how I feel, but you know that it is so hard for me to express myself when I am speaking. Every night, I try to show you how I feel, but my body betrays me by not giving quite enough to show my love. So I resort now to the written word. Our love began intense, a white hot flame that threatened to burn us both if we got too close. We would close in on it, feel the heat, and back away for fear of being hurt. The flame quickly transformed though. It didn't die, but turned to softly glowing embers that we could safely approach, warm our icy hearts over till they beat again.
