:26::26: اليكم شرح مفصل نقلته من احد المنتديات لبرنامج دليل الهاتف الشخصي والمميز(نوتة شخصية) حيث المتعة بحفظ بيانات الاشخاص والاصدقاء و الاقارب ومن ثم البحث عنها بسهولة.... وهو متوفر باللغتين العربية والانجليزية
يعتمد هذا النظام على إدخال البيانات والبحث عن البيانات المدخلة والمخزنة
مميزات النظام
• تتم حماية البرنامج بكلمة سر ويمكن تعديلها في أي وقت.
• يتمتع برنامج دليل الهاتف بسهولة التعامل حيث يمكنك إدخال البيانات والبحث عنها بطريقة ممتعة.
• فمثلا إذا ضغطت على زر ” تشغيل الباحث ” وقمت بإدخال النص التالي”مح” في مربع الإسم ثم ”Enter ” سوف يظهر لك في الجدول جميع الأسماء التي تحتوي على النص” مح ” وهكذا بالنسبة للكنية وغيرها .
• تتم عملية تعديل أو حذف البيانات بسرعة وسهولة.
• يمكنك طباعة الدليل كاملا بسهولة وبأقل تكلفة في الطباعة.
• يمكنك أيضا تخصيص مجال الطباعة.
• يمكنك التحكم بالمجموعات والمهن من خلال الاضافة والتعديل في الشاشة المخصصة للمجموعات والمهن
• يعمل هذا البرنامج على جميع أجهزة الكمبيوتر.
تخزين سجل جديد
• وذلك بتعبئة الحقول ثم الضغط على زر( حفظ البيانات)
ملاحظة:لايشترط تعبئة كل الحقول ما عدا "الاسم"
البحث عن البيانات المخزنة
• للبحث عن البيانات المخزنة يجب أولا وفي كل مرة تريد فيها البحث الضغط على زر (تشغيل الباحث) ثم أدخل النص الذي تريد البحث عنه في المربع الذي تريد ثم اضغط (Enter) ولا يشترط ادخال كلمة كاملة. (يمكنك في هذه الحالة تعديل أو حذف السجل أو طباعة نتيجة البحث)
البحث العشوائي
• يمكنك من خلال هذه الخانة البحث في كل الحقول حيث يتم البحث عن النص المدخل في جميع اعمدة الجدول ولا يشترط ادخال كلمة كاملة.
تفعيل النظام
• من قائمة النظام >> افتح شاشة تفعيل النظام . سوف يظهر لك رقم البرنامج احتفظ به ثم اذهب الى موقع شراء البرنامج و عند تعبئة البيانات سيطلب منك رقم البرنامج وبعد ذلك سيعطيك كود التفعيل قم بنسخه وضعه في مربع النص (كود التفعيل) ثم (موافق).
