Row 1: k2, p2, k4, p6, k4, p2, k4, p6, k4, p2, k2
Row 2 & 3: Knit the knits, purl the purls.
Row 4: p2, k2, p4, slip 3 knitwise onto cable needle- hang it to the back, k3, knit what's on the cable needle, p4, k2, p4, slip 3 knitwise onto cable needle- hang it to the front, k3, knit what's on the cable needle, p4, k2, p2
Row 5-11: knit the knits, purl the purls.
Row 12: Same as 4
Row 13-19: Knit the knits, purl the purls.
Row 20: Same as 4
Row 21-27: Knit the knits, purl the purls.
Row 28: Same as 4
Row 29-31: Knit the knits, purl the purls.
Bind off 38 stitches.

Make the lining. (I used an old pillow case- I cut it so I only had to sew up one side of the lining. )
Sew the knitted rectangle into a pouch, add lining.
Sew it onto the handles.
Thread ribbon through, and tack the bow.
