غريبه

انا رحت لاخصائي تغذيه اسمه دكتور وابل

وصفها لي بس قال لازم اكل فيتامين معاها

واعطاني فيتامين حديد

الله يشفي ويرفع عن كل وحدة تضررت من هالحبوب
وان شاء الله
ما يتورط احد بعد كل هالكلام

to every body who used pyto shape.i felt so weak and light headed the 1st day.what cured all that was drinking a lot of water almost 3 liters.but after the 1st day i was ok and what iliked the most about it is reducing my appetite.i love eating and with me this the only thing that worked.eat all healthy food and go for a walk and get some multivitamines and would be fine.
