The Position:
Performs a wide variety of administrative duties for the organization guided by the director. Plans for the development of Preserve facilities and resources. Prepares Biyearly /yearly operating budget , Provides direction and overall co-ordination for the activities of the Organization to bring about a better understanding between the Organization, the other operational departments within the whole Organization Administers maintenance programs for the Organization .Assists Organization Director as a Systems Analysts in the development, implementation and maintenance and engineers flow of administrative processes .Functions as a source of different types of reports through transformation of data into information for monitoring the progress of the Organization and for evaluation of achievements . Works as a project manager for all projects related to the Organization. Responsible for carrying out delegated functions through completion . Performs a variety of the more difficult work assignments and special projects
Minimum Qualifications:
B.S. degree in administration art and science supplemented by:
o Three years Experience in Hospital/Business management
o Or Masters Degree in hospital Administration
o Or Masters Degree in Public Relations
Ability to type in English
Ability to operate a personal computer with relevant accounting & MS Office applications
Excellent command of written and spoken English (and preferably Arabic as well)
Excellent public relations skills, people oriented individual and excellent interpersonal skills
Thorough knowledge of the principles of policies and procedures
Must have an understanding of and respect for, the cultural values, attitudes, of the various patient/staff nationalities
Ability to comprehend a wide range of technical subjects and coordinate detail
Ability to interface tactfully and effectively with wide range of medical professionals
