اخواتي كنت ابحث عن افضل مكنسه للارضيات و عجبتني ممسحة H2O ولكن اكتشفت انها سببت مشاكل خطيره وقد طلبت الشركه المسوقه(ثين) من ملاك المنتج عدم استخدامها فورا بعد ورود تقارير بوجود أسلاك مكشوفة وهذا يؤدي إلى الصدمات الكهربائية. وقد سجلت حالات صدمات الكهربائية وحروق في كندا وامريكا اثر استخدام الممسحة.

A popular steam mop advertised on TV is the subject of a "voluntary corrective action" on the part of its manufacturer after reports of injuries both in Canada and the U.S.
Thane Direct Canada Inc. is advising purchasers of the H2O mop to unplug the appliance and stop using it immediately after reports of exposed wiring leading to electrical shocks.
The model numbers of the units with the wiring problem are 808.092 and OEM-TV-001. Approximately 206,328 units are affected.
Made in China, the mop is powered by electricity and steam cleans floors via a microfibre or disposable cloth.
According to the company, there have been two incidents in Canada in which consumers have received electrical shocks when the power cord wore down and they came into contact with exposed wires.
In the U.S., 10 people had electrical shock injuries and eight suffered burns.
Thane Direct Canada is asking consumers to call for a free repair kit (1-877-451-9759) if they have purchased the mop from a retailer other than Thane. The company is sending repair kits to all consumers who bought the faulty appliances directly from Thane — either online or by phone.
