Dosage

Ingested in a glass of lukewarm water, or in some sour milk.
Turmeric as a spice in cooking is recommended (gives a nice color to the rice and various kinds of pots!)
Turmeric is also the active substance in a number of well-known herbal remedies (though much more expensive per gram ...).
