because it is a dream to any one to join your company specially for me it is like a challenge because i want to prove my self and the most important reason is that the working environment here suits me perfectly
اول شي لازم اعرف ايش نوع المشكله وايش سببها وبعدين اتعامل معاها بحكمه وذكاء
first of all i shall know what is the problem exactly and what is the reason and then i will try to solve it wisely
في البداية راح اشوف سبب تأخيرها وهل هو مقنع او لا
لكن في حال اتكرر
راح اوجه لها تنبيهات وتحذيرات
وابلغها انه في حال اتكرر تأخيرها راح اتخذ اجراءات صارمة ماهي في مصلحتها
in the first time i will consider her reason for being late but in case she is late again i will give her a warnning and tell her if she is late for one more time i will take strict procedures against her benefit
راح اشوف سبب المشكله واحاول اعالجها واطلب من الموظفه تعتذر للزبونة
واطلب من الزبونة انها تقدم شكوى خطيه وانا ارفعها للادارة لاتخاذ الاجراءات اللزمة معاها
i will consider the cause of the problem and try to solve it and ask the employee to apologize to the customer
and then ask the customer if she likes to supply a complaint to the management to take the necessary procedures with the employee
