De nova Minimally Invasive Surgery Clinic is a progressive surgery practice which focuses in Laparoscopic/Robotic General Surgery, Weight loss Surgery, Colorectal and Varicose vein Surgery. We have two locations in Loudon and Fairfax County. We are looking for a self-motivated, customer-focused and multitasking individual who will run our front-desk. The front desk staff plays a crucial role in delivering a positive experience for our patients and ensuring that office operations run smoothly and efficiently. Customer-facing tasks include welcoming patients, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, taking vital signs, checking patients in and out, and serving as the main liaison between patients and providers. Other administrative tasks include opening and closing the office, typing medical transcripts, scanning documents, and recording patient payments. In addition, the person filling this role will be responsible for occasionally assisting with special projects. Attention to detail and excellent customer care skills are critical. Previous front desk experience and multilingual person is preferred.
