1/2 cup Olive Oil + 1/2 cup Fenugreek + 24 (1000mg) Borage Oil Caps steeped for one week minimum before first use. (The longer the better)
Get 2 8oz containers. Steep one while using the other.
It looks easy and I have all the ingredients. Was just wondering if I should still boil the fenugreek powder first for 10 minutes as you instructed? If so, the liquid and the olive oil will not mix though.
