for us it was also about 3 months. Went from 2 mill to 9 mill to 14mill and to 59mill!!! all within months. It keeps improving. We now have much better sperm considering the fact we started all this with 1.2 mill and 0% motility.

Within three months on clomid my DH count went from 8 mil to 15 mil with normal motility.
