the main building was established in 1975 by king khalid .it has 362 beds in private rooms .it is decorated with fountains,pools and plants.it has the most modern medical equipment,and computer technology in order to fight cancer.
the expansion building was opened in 1985 by king fahad. it covers an area of 42,000 square meters .it is for out-patients. in 1985 the hospital was visited by 10,000 in-patients and 24.000out- patients

oil is one of the most important product in saudi arabia because we need it in our daily life.
oil started with tiny plants and tiny animals that died and snak to the bottom of the sea.oil can be found under the desert,under the sea or under the ice . before crude oil can be used it most be taken to are finery to remove the unwanted substances.
finally,we can have many products from oil like, clothes,toys and furniture. we thank Allah for this great gift.

shopping is buying and looking for things which we need, we can shop in supermarkets, small shops and shpping center. many people like to shope in supermarkets because they are convenient, they have international goods, we can find many things under one roof and most of the time the have special offers. Also,they car parks so that many families can stop their cars there, the small shops around supermarket make many people enjoy shopping.
