The mono & diglycerides in our breads are all vegetable-sourced. DATEM, theacid eaters of mono and diglycerides, is an emulsifier that functions asa dough conditioner in all the bagels. It strengthens the protein in theflour, and is vegetable-based. The glycerin that is listed in some ofour products is considered a food chemical and is synthetic in nature,so it is not animal or vegetable in source. Our cheeses, except forAsiago, Feta, Vermont cheddar and Gorgonzola, are processed withnon-animal enzymes. There are many choices on our menu for vegetarians or for those whowatch their diet. However, if it is a serious concern for you, you willalways want to check ingredients before you order. When a customerinforms the cafe manager that he or she is allergic to a particularingredient it allows us to confirm for the customer whether or not anitem contains the specified ingredient. Additionally, each cafe has alist of the ingredients contained in each product, which is availablefor customer review.

ان مقيمه في الماني منذ عشر سنوات تقريبا وقبل فتره ارسلت ايميل ال شركه dr,otcker اسالهم عن الجيلاتين المستخدم في موادهم فاجابو ان هم لايستخدمون جيلاتين سوى المستخرج من الخنزير

و الخل الموجود هنا يكتب عليه weinessig اي خل الكحول اي انه تحول الخل وهو حلال باذن الله
