My friend from york just called me
she said that all students are against the idea of dropping the fall term of school in return for the money 
because it's not about the money, it's about the two months they spent in school
especially those who flew from other provinces and countries to study, it's not fair that an entire semester is down the drain

so most likely they are going to negotiate the deal further instead of dropping the fall term.
this will only happen after the break.

sorry but nobody knows what's going to happen, so I can't help you
I think you can easily stay an extra week or two in saudi, but for the piece of mind I'd still come to Canada just incase.

I hear from the radio that many many many deadlines at york university have been pushed for later including major medical examinations, masters interviews, PHD thesis discussions, etc etc
so most likely the winter term deadline have been pushed for later as well


this is how strikes are you're high and dry and never know what's going to happen the next day
