Dear Hotel Manager,
I would like to reserve accommodation for a single room , bed &breakfast in your hotel for three nights for one guest.
Arrival date will be on Monday 10 at approximately7:00 am .
Departure date will be on Thursday 13 at 6 am .
Please , the room must be quiet and far away from any entertainment facilities. And I want an internet connection in the room.
Thank you for your prompt attention to the above, I look forward to receiving a letter confirming my reservation.
