That (singular) and those (plural) refer to an object or person further away اسم الإشارة this للمفرد واسم الإشارة These للجمع كلاهما يشيران إلى شيء أو شخص قريب من المتحدث .. اسم الإشارة That للمفرد واسم الإشارة Those للجمع كلاهما يشيران إلى شيء أو شخص بعيد من المتحدث So "This" is used for singular nouns that are close to the speaker. "That" is used for singular nouns that are far from the speaker."These" is used for plural nouns that are close to the speaker.
