my midwife told me the same , when i asked her can i have iron supplements she said you don't need it , altho i used to take it with the first one,i'm pregnant in my second, she said just eat well , and i always eat junk food , how many month are you pregnant every body? and is that your first or second baby?
and how will you handle 2 babies in the same time ,any body has any idea?



and for babies thermometer ,the best thing for the first 18 months is the anal thermometer , not the ear thermometer ,ok it is much more accurate


the important things for the baby that you will really really use are:

1- car seat with its stroller for the first 10-12 months
" you don't have to buy stroller if you don' walk alot or make shopping " you can get the baby carrier ,which is veryyyyyy handy, you can get a cheap carrier

2- cloths for the baby" 4 blankets or 5 ,some thick and some thin +

3-swing ,which is not very important ,she/he won't like to set on it for long time

4-bed or small bed that can move

5- some toyes that can get his/her attention " keys or so

6- some bottles " there is some you can discard after using in target ,i have never used it, i just bought glass bottles this time instead of plastic ,it is not very expensive

7- anal thermometer+ the petrolium jelly to lubricat the thermometer before using it for the baby , and children tylanol + shampoo + lotion + comb +nail clipper

you will find alottttttttttt of things for the baby in the stores ,and very colorful ,you don't need to buy alot of expensive stuff ,cause they are young ,just save the money when they are 2 years old ,cause hey will tell you what to buy for them later

just get the things that you will reallllllllllllly use ,don't spend alot of money now, you might need to spend it on the milk :) + in the first few days and weeks you have to make alot of visits to the doctor :)) so just be wise ,3/4 of what we buy we don't usually use and at the end u put it away just because u have no place to move




before you go to the hospital , just prepare , some out fits + diapers+ wipes+ baby's diaper rash cream+ blankets in the room you will have the baby in ,so that everything is handy for you when you or husband change the baby's diaper

for you prepare the things that you should use after coming from the hospital " al fowat al se7hyaa, + disposable underwear if u can buy it or ask the hospital for some after you deliver + creme for the sore areas on the the breast + breast feeding pads that you put in your bra ,just in case there is milk leak + cream or spray that you should use on the delivery area "


put all that in a small nice box and before you go to the hospital ,just put it in the bathroom 


all what i mean make everything handy and put everything u would use for yourself or the baby in one place ,not here and there ,u won't be able to walk for the first week alot

by the way the vitamin makes you eat alotttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt , and you shouldn't stop it for the baby's sake not your sake ,u have to take the prenatal vitamin
