ur doctor won't care about that issue ,because it is normal to them to receive such compliant from pregnant women,
any way don't use salt , not because it is dangerous but it will be ok ,with really using alot of warm water to clean urself then dry the area after using the toilet every time ,dry it welllllllllllllll
and WATER is the best thing for any fungal or bacterial infection and for odors,yes water , also use COTTON underwear ,cotton ,balahaa al underwear al masno3a men al alyaaf al sena3yaa
or even put cotton pads and change it ,also wear loose underwear that doesn't touch the area
also u can use "WATER_BASED LUBRICANT " i think it is the only type that is save during pregnancy from what i searched for u online , ask ur doctor or midwife or pharmacist for pregnancy ,
