ok look now if it come the first day for example every 6 hours which mean 4 times a day then next day start to come 3 hours,or 2 hours,which mean 8 times or 12 times a day then start to come every 20 mins,which mean it comes like3 times per hour if u feel it more than 3 or 4 times per hour, then u better hurry to the hospital secretions " al efrazaat" will increase,as far as ur pregnancy goes,which means the heavier or the more advanced in weeks u r the more seceretions u will see,because baby press on ur bladder,and the other things, also , U SHOULDN"T take a warm shower ,for more than 10 mins ya khaltee only try to make it just warm not hotttttttt, no gakozee or zeft ,mesh teshofee al hamam me3abee bokhar we takhdee shower, mesh hyrya7hk al kalam dah, ,dangerous, if u r taking a bath in the bath tub ,make it kinda cool-warm not warm-hot,balash genan,please u just need to relax, sleep on ur left side ,put a pillow between ur legs or if u r sitting ,put ur feet on a small chair, to release the pressure on ur back and veins ok ,if the baby is moving fine ,u r in the safe side too,be aware of that \ da3awateek betyseer al amoor,
