Bugs:

the parts of plants that can not be digested. Namely complex carbohydrates. Complex carbohydrates from plants that are rich in starch and fiber are like whole grain bread
Example: Whole grain bread is full of fibers.
Grains:
a cereal grass
Example: wheat is a grain that is grown in Kansas
Heart disease:
is a general term for a verity of diseases that affect the heart.
Example: Bad eating habits can cause heart disease.


Ingredients:
food that is a component of a mixture in cooking
Example: I bought all the ingredients to make my grandma’s famous cupcakes
Medicine:
something that treats or prevents the symptoms of diseases
Example: I took medicine to get rid of my bad cold.
Memory:
the power of retaining and recalling past experiences.
Example: He had a good memory when he was younger.
Nutrients:
of or providing nourishment.
Example: Nutrients can be found in fruits and vegetables.
Nutritionists:
a specialist in the study of nutrition.
Example: Diet center has a nutritionist that gives a nutritious diet to every customer depending on his or her needs.
Opinions:
a person’s own point of view
Example: Several students in class stated their opinion on the fast food topic yesterday.
Specialists:
an expert who is devoted to one occupation or branch of learning.
Example: My uncle is a specialist in Biology.
Strokes:
a sudden loss of consciousness resulting when the rupture of blood vessels leads to oxygen lack in the brain.

Example: the necessary substances and elements for human life and health are water, protein, carbohydrates, fats, and minerals.

Example: the car has a great amount of value to my brother because it was his first.

Example: I like to eat whole grain toast rather than white toast because it is high in fiber.
