كوكيز الشوكلاته والموز المرتفع
انها نوع من الكيك اللذيد،ليكون مرتفعا بشكل جيد علينا اضافة ملعقتين من الباودر،وتقليل كمية الطحين الى ثلاثة اكواب وربع الكوب

المكونات:
ثلاثة اكواب ونصف من الطحين لكل الاغراض
ملعة باكنج باورد
نصف ملعقة ملح
كوب زبدة
كوب سكر ابيض
نص كوب سكر بني
بيضتان
ملعقة فانيلة
كوب موز مهروس
كوب رقائق الشوكلاته

طريقة العمل:
1.....سخني الفرن لدرجة 370 فهرنهايت او 190 درجة مئوية سليسوس،اخطلي الطحين،الباودر والصودا والملح مع بعض
2....في وعاء كبير اخطلي او اخفقي السكر الابيض والبني ،الزبدة ،البيض،الفانيلا و الموز المهروس.اخطلي المكونات الجافة ثو ضعي رقائق الشوكلاته،ثم تحضير ورقة الكيك.
3.....يخبز لمدة 11-13 دقيقة في الفرن،دع الكيك يبرد على ورقة الكيك لمدة 5 دقائق بدون تحريك ليبرد تماما.

كمية السعرات الحرارية 104 لكل 5 غرام ،الكوليسترول في الدم 15 ملغم
