lesson five: Part one كوكيز:) ارتفاع الموز وكوكيز الشوكلاته: هذه الوصفة لذيذة ولينة .اضافة ملعقتا شاي بكنج باودر ودقيق3اكواب او اربع. المقادير: 3 ونصف اكواب من الدقيق. 1 ملعقة شاي بكنج باودر. 4-1 ملعقة شاي بيكربونات الصوديوم. 2-1 ملعقة شاي ملح. 1 كوب زبدة. 1 كوب سكر أبيض. 2-1 كوب سكر بني. بيضتان. 1 ملعقة شاي فانيليا. 1 كوب مهروس موز. 2 كوب من رقائق الشوكلاته. التعليمات: 1-يسخن الفرن 375 فهرنهايت او 190 درجة مئوية. 2-نضع الدقيق والبكنج باودر وبيكربونات الصوديوم والملح . 3-في وعاء نخلط الزبدة والسكر الابيض والبني والبيض والفانيليا والموز . 4-ثم نخلط المكونات الجافة ونضيف رقائق الشوكلاته اليه. 5-نسخن الفرن من11الى13 دقائق ثم نجعله يبرد 5 دقائق. lesson five: Part 2 when I see the picture.I feel happiness because this is beautiful view.
