إنظري إلى الجمل متعدده:
Look at the multiple sentences :
I gave him my address, but he didn’t contact me
.أعطيته عنواني، لكنّه لم يتّصل بي.
We could go to the cinema or we could stay at home.
نحن يمكن أن نذهب إلى السينما أو نحن يمكن أن نبقى في البيت.

The sentences can be divided into clauses as follows
الجمل يمكن أن تنقسم الى أقسام على نحو التالي
1- I gave him my address,
2- (but) he didn’t contact me

الجمله الاساسية
تكون الجمله صحيحه اذا وقفنا عند كلمة address في جمله الاولى وكلمة cinema في الجمله الثانية من غير اكمال الجمله الثانيه مثل الجمله السيطه التى قمنا بشرحها بدرس الثاني
ملاحظه هااااااامه
1- اذا قمنا باكمال الجمله (but he didn’t contact me )
عندها سوف تحتوي على فعلين وتصبح جمله معقده
اما بخصوص حروف عطف Conjunctions سوف اقوم بشرحها في ما بعد
2- الجمله الاساسيه يجب ان تحتوي على S + v +O و اذا أكملنا العباره يا انها تكون مركبه او مقعده وحرف عطف مجرد وصل بين جملتين
الجمله المركبه :- تتركب من جملتين بسيطتين لكن لكل منهما معنى مستقل
الجملة معقده :- تتركب من جملتين لكن يجب ان تحتوي على فعلين او اكثر

2) جملة وصفية
Adjectival Clause
Look at the group of words in the following sentences.
إنظري إلى مجموعة الكلمات في الجمل التالية.
• The umbrella with broken handles is mine.
• The umbrella which has broken handles is mine.
In the first sentence the group of words ‘with broken handle’ describes the umbrella.
الجمله الاولى تصف الشمسية
This group of words is called the adjective-phrase.
هذه المجموعة من الكلمات تدعى العبارة الصفة.
In the second sentence, the group of words ‘which has broken handles’
describes the umbrella and does the work of an adjective..
الجملة الثانية تصف الشمسية وتعمل عمل صفة.
So this kind of clause which does the work of an adjective is called ADJECTIVE-CLAUSE. لذا هذا النوع من الجمل الذي يعمل عمل صفة تدعى جملة وصفية
