Also is not usual at the end of a sentence, so we used too
Either is used if the verb is negative.. Like is not a negative verb
A disk is able to keep a lot of information.
Able is a suffix which is added to a verb to form an adjective
Since we have is as a linking verb, it should be followed by a noun or adjective complement, that refers to the subject of the verb, so we used able to (adj) not can (v)
