lack of attention of the driver for a few seconds could lead to an accident and the driver paid him and others the rest of the price of innocent lives. Aware of the seriousness of this matter some countries started to take deterrent penalties against drivers who use mobile phone while driving in an attempt to reduce accidents resulting from this behavior is wrong and I hope that is removed from our society.
