نعلم جميعا أن الفتوى للعلماء فقط...لكن لايعني ذلك أنها لعلماء محددين وإلا فلا..الإتفاق في العقيدة كامل ولكن في الفقه والإستدلال على الفتاوى الفقهية موجود وليس من حق أحد أن يلزم كل الناس بالأورع إن كانت هناك أقوال...يجب أن نتيقن من هذا جميعا أنصح بالقراءة ولو الستطلاعية في كتب الأشباه والنظائر..وأثر اختلاف العلماء في القواعد الفقهية على اختلافهم في الفروع..لاحظو ((الفروع))حيث لا اختلاف أبدا في الأصول..وللمؤمن العمل بالحجة المقنعة والأسلم له ولدينه ولايلزم الكل بذلك...أتمنى ان تفهموني جيدا ...
