نقلت هذه القصة من احد المنتديات Hi, I'm sorry to read your diagnosis. We have two bio kids through icsi ivf. My dh also have zero sperm at first sample. The next sample was also bleak but done through the clinic who "spun" the sample down to find a few that were dead. This was reassuring because we knew then that dh had atleast had the ability to make sperm. We spent the next three months eating healthy, ****ing out and taking a tonne of natural supplements. Please have a look for the thread "warren de Ambrosis appreciation thread" which outlines somewhere in there all the supplements that our fs put us on. It made a huge difference and come egg pick up day we had millions of sperm to chose from and got very luck first cycle with our dd1.




Dd2 took quite a few more cycles but I think that was a mixture of my eggs getting older as well as the sperm issues. We also added melatonin to the regime of supps. Please google melatonin for sperm quality. There is a Japanese study that had promising results. We cautiously started taking it. Within a month I fell pregnant naturally but later miscarried. Devastating at the time but also gave us hope that perhaps the melatonin was helping? Stayed in it for two more months and come egg pick up day my dh had millions of sperm at almost normal levels! We got dd2 on that cycle. 




I know we are very luck and not everyone's situation will be the same as ours but I want you to know there is hope. Good luck.
