When u say MANY , it means that it contains something which is MORE than ONE thing , so you should say Many times (plural form) Instead of Many time

Also

You should use Couldn't Instead of Cann't

( The correct spelling for cann't is Can't )

&

The correct spelling for the word Nighbores is Neighbors

Moreover

When you want to describe your friends nationalities, you should say Arab Instead of Arabic

The word arabic is used to describe things but not People

ex: Arabic language, Arabic writing, Arabic songs etc

Finally

The correct spelling for Amarican is American
