متى أستعمل ماء الزهر في الحلويات؟
عزيزاتي بغيت أسألكم متى أستعمل ماء الزهر في الحلويات يعني ممكن تعطوني أمثلة على الحلويات اللي أقدر أحط فيها ماي الزهر عشان عندي زجاجة كبيرة ومادري كيف إستعمالاتها..

in Algeria we use it a lot in our cookies,you can add it to the dough to give it a lovely flavour,you can also add it to the almond filling when you make baklawa or any other cookies,and also to the honey or the syrup to gave it a flavour or make it more liquid and less thick.
