أعزائي منذ عدة أشهر سرق مني البريد ولم أستطع الدخول للإيمل الخاص بي بسب وندوز لايف وتظهر لي رسالة أن الرقم السري خطأ أو الإسم وأنه ليس لدي حساب في وندوز لايف علما بأني متأكدة من الإسم والرقم السري وحاولت استرجاعه عن طريق السؤال السري لكن للأسف غير متذكرة الإجابة مضمون الرسالة التي تظهر { تعذر على windous live messenger }تسجيل دخولك بسبب عدم وجود ID windous live الذي قمت بإدخاله أو عدم صحة كلمة المرور رمز الخطأ 80048823 حاولت ارسال رسالة للهوتميل على اثرها ارسلت لي رسالة أرجوا من أعزائي المختصين مساعدتي في ترجمة المطلوب شاكرة لكم حسن تجاوبكم وسوف أرفق الرسالة
