من فتره بسيطه كنت مدمنة نت :icon32:اجلس ساعاااااااات على ولا شي بس اقوم من النت الا يطقني اكتئاب على الوقت اللي راح بلافايده
صرت حازمه مع نفسي اني احدد لي وقت ما اتعداه والوقت تقريبا ساعه ونص اذا حليت الواجب كل يوم راح من الوقتي على النت جزء كبير فا اضطر اني اخذ وقت زياده وشوي شوي ارجع مدمنه علشان كذا يوم اخليه تصفح ويوم حل واجب
ولا يرضيك ياتيجر يجروني لمصحة الادمان!!
