Eyelet row (Repeat this row every 36 rows (every 3rd beaded row))
Row 37: K1, YOwB, K1, *YO, K2Tog* to spine, YOwB, K1, YOwB, *K2Tog, YO* to last 2 stitches, YOwB, K1

Continue with these, beading every 12th row and working an eyelet row every 3rd time.

Once you start to run low on yarn or reach the size desired (I got about 14 beaded repeats in) its time to bind off.

Bind off after a 12th row worked as such: K1, YOwB, *K12, YOwB* repeat to spine, YOwB, K1, YOwB, work second half symmetrically based on first half. Next, bind off extremely loosely.

Cast on 20sts
Knit in garter stitch for 9 inches
K2tog at the beginning of each row, knit to end. Do the same for 10 more rows.
(HINT: you should only have 10 sts left on your needle, now)
Now knit 4sts, yo, k2tog (make a button hole), knit to end of row
Knit 3 more rows, then bind off on the 4th row.
Take care of the 3 loose strings, now. Then, fold purse up, so that it nearly meets at the corners, leaving about 1/2 inch. Test your purse, making sure that The flap will go over the front nicely. That small space, instead of lining the corners up will give you a little more of a "flap."
When you have it lined up like you want, sew it up, starting at the top corner and down, then do the other side the same. After that, turn the purse inside out and fold the flap over to figure out where your button will be. Sew the button on and woo-hoo, baby, you're done.
