Job Description One of the UAE’s leading property developers is seeking a UAE National Receptionist to present a positive and professional image of the organization through efficient and courteous handling of duties.
Responsibilities to include:
• Greets visitors in courteous manners and directs them to required staff avoiding any unnecessary delay.
• Maintains good knowledge about the organization to provide quality assistance to callers/visitors.
• Receives all incoming calls, connecting callers to required employee, passing calls upon request, noting down messages in the absence of relevant staff member, and handling queries if any.
• Liaises with cleaners to keep reception area clean & tidy.
• Maintains secure contacts database, provides staff with updated contacts list, taking necessary steps to keep confidentiality by not divulging personal contact information to outside parties.
• Receives incoming mail and passes to other employees. Ensures that outgoing mail is forwarded as soon as possible.
• Manages bookings of Board Room & meeting rooms.
• Allocates office stationary requirements to staff subject to the Office Manager Appointment.
• Performs other similar or related duties as and when assigned by direct Manager.
Person Profile Ideal candidate must have a Secondary School qualification and have experience in a customer facing position. Must have good knowledge of written and spoken English, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a professional and courteous demeanor.
