dead tooth and will be a source of infection, go a dentit and have it extrated. anf if it is permenant tooth then it is ok to leave it and then go to a dentist to check if it is ded or not then it might need to have root canal treatment i and might need a help to come out... just go to a dentist to have it checked..o inshallah mafeh ela elkheerif it is a baby tooth it needs to come out as soon as possibl because it is
