I Don't know if the Teaching in Saudi's British Council is same over here, I think British council is okay especially if you want to learn it not very fast because they have levels and you study 2 days a week except the courses in one month, In the second case you going to study from saturday to Wednesday, The best choice is to learn the language on where it's talked, The best choice is to learn it on U.S or any state that speaks this language.

My advice to you is that you better join in the British council because their certificate supported by Cambridge University and I just wanna inform you that the course costs you about 120BD

Don't only learn it by British council, Try to use your leisure to learn english or read or hear, Your level gonna widens faster and faster until you reach Advance in english
