it's ok Sada, sometimes we get weak or frustrated, but as long as you controlled yourself you will be the winner, don't punish yourself habebetee ... and we are together in this till we loose the weight we want .... if you did takhbes today you will compensate it tomorrow and be stronger than today in shaa ALLAH ...

for me, i ate turkey breast and lettuce and orange juice for lunch, then i get another cup of orange juice .... for dinner i don't seem to want to eat vegetable hence i chose to make a smoothie of my own ..... strawberry, blueberry, kiwi, pineapple and orange juice ... i am drink it now hope this will help loosing weight .... tomorrow in shaa ALLAH i will weight and see the result .... tamenene alekee when you can habebtee ...
