15-oz. can black olives, chopped
One quarter cup green onions, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and allow to marinate for several hours before serving with tortilla chips.
