No, I would not recommend this to a friend
- will work fine on knees and elbows but nowhere else
- results are slow
- anywhere else is ineffective
- slower results than some other products
- airbourne particles will burn your eyes
over time

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I was in the hospital for four months (you can't hide your elbows in those gowns) and used different cocoa butter products trying to fix what had always been a problem for me, as I am quite prone to lean on my elbows, but nothing helped tone down the keloid darkness and roughness of my elbows. After two to three weeks of using this product, my elbows are soft and smooth and and much less discolored. I keep it at my desk and use it a few times a day, small dabs of it, and still have half of the jar left, so it is extremely economical.
