i hope that helps you ..... try to let them start read a simple lessons by reading the letters and gathering them as one word ........

also u try to read the lesson first twice and let them listening carefully that will help alot ..............

last thing and the most important first u should tech them how to prounce the alphapit correctly and this should be the first thing u do and believe me that will help them alot
