I think that the society should carry some responsible for what is happening as you said..when they dont apply the law and using a strong punishment they give the other bad poeple to do whatever they want

i agree that the absence of parents advice or elder people advice and the problems they may faced are of the main reasons, in addition to the increase of violence in the whole world ; every day we watch a massive amount of violence or hear about it in the news.

the rate of violence increased in the whole world not in definite country of region, God protect us and our society from any harms

In fact, I've been studying Eng since last Nov .
Really my Eng is improve , but I've problrm....when I want speak I can't...I've more than million word but I can't, I forget all of them...
