Ingredients:
3 Tyson® Grilled & Ready™ Fully Cooked Grilled Breast Fillets
2 cups penne pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
1 medium zucchini, chopped
1 medium yellow squash, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
3/4 cup ranch-style salad dressing
Directions:
Cook chicken according to package directions. Cut into cubes.
Toss chicken, pasta, zucchini, squash and peppers together in large bowl.
Combine cheese and dressing in small bowl. Pour over chicken and pasta mixture.
Toss to coat. Chill before serving.
Footnotes:
Serving Suggestion: Spoon salad onto lettuce leaves on individual serving plates. Serve with bakery rolls. Refrigerate leftovers.
