Dr. Ameena please answer

I suffered from retained placenta during my last pregnancy and parts of the placenta were left for four days in my stomack until I've done evacuation and they said the placenta was smelly.

this was 2 years back now I'm trying for another baby for almost 8 months but nothing

my hormones level are ok as per the doctor

I've done test for fallopian tubes(hysto) and the findings were as follows:

- dialation of the right fallopian tube
- relatively enlargement in the uterine cavity

I am 32 years old

can you please tell me if my chances are good
