believe in what i told you. A women with blocked tubes needs to have IVF surgery to be able to get pregnant. don't waist your time and go to the a fertility doctor...believe me he is going to say the same thing . The pregnany rates are high depending on your age.
when your ovaries release an egg on your ovulation date..the egg has to travel in the fallopian tube until it reach the uterus where the sperm fertilize it. if your tubes are blocked, you may not be able to get pregnant without IVF. IVF is the surgeon take an egg from your ovaries on your day of ovulation out of you and then they take sperm from your husband. they try to put them together in a special way by the embryologist, they put in the freezer for couple of days until the egg get fertilized. then the doctor call you back and he put the egg in your uterus using a needle. after fourteen days, if the egg lives in you it will become a baby or babies by the will of Allah Soubhanah.
Before the surgey, the doctor put you on hormone therapy so you will release more than one egg a month. they take two or three eggs from you to the embryologist and they put them in your uterus. that is why they get twins and triplets and more by using this method.

I would like to tell you , that I am in early twenties what do you think the rate of
my success????and I would like to ask you....till now I don't know why they are
blocked the doctor told me this is unusal ,because I don't have any history of
surgery or infection

probably long time ago when you were a child, you may had infections..are you sure you don't have endometriosis. this will block the tubes and prevent the women from getting pregnant. anyway. don't worry about the cause..just look forward and act fast. you are so young and the rates are very high probably 90%. just go to the fertility specialist..and tell your husband to do a semen analysis to check if he is ok too.,
