“ Just A little Lie ” is a phrase we hear it a lot among our friends ; classmates ; couples and others. We hear people say it in many occasions and in different times. It seems to be not only public phrase but also an important one.
Every time you hear someone says this phrase you instantly realize something fishy is going on . Maybe curiosity takes you even farther to know the story behind it.
But if we think deeply about this phrase and judge all its usages We discover a lot of new things that do not always show a positive approach. It can be misused by many people and result to a bad situation giving an opposite object . In such condition people will not only misunderstand but they could upset each other and hurt themselves and others badly .This in many cases can cause couples to get divorced ; friends to leave each other ; change life style of a lot people to the worse.
“Just A little Lie “ is not a bad expression in it self but the problem is in people using it. The reason for that is people from different communities and backgrounds having different levels of education will not have the same judgment and usage of this phrase, what seems to be funny in someone opinion , could be a fatal to another. What looks normal subject to one person , could be a very sensitive to another.
In this situation and in order to practice a little lie safely , you have to know lot of things about people around you before you use it which is impossible, so the best way to avoid all the troubles is to stop making or practicing all little lies.
This does not omit the small bright side of it . It could make people laugh and feel happy. In fact I can not forget how funny I was when my brother sent a message under the name of Saudi Telephone Company telling me that my mobile would be disconnected though I had cried a lot before he told me “ It is just a little lie”.

Dear Um Muhammad , no doubt that alie is alie especially in Islamic atmosphere
and this is what I mention in my topic .My theme here is even a little lie is not acceptable among any society and any civilization ,because as I said what seems to be funny in someone opinion , could be a fatal to another. What looks normal subject to one person , could be a very sensitive to another . Of course any one should remember these three domains where lying is allowed .My be you miss something in the last point , that even in love case, the husband may lie on his wife if she asked him about his emotion .Also, if he has two or more wives he may do so .
Any way , thanks for your own comment and really I enjoy it much .I appreciate your own opinion .Concerning the topic it is really my own writing .I like English so much as you do .

but dear, we know where Islam stands on the issue of lying... and that there is no such thing as a little lie and a big lie... a lie is a lie!!
lying is only permitted in three cases in Islam....
1) in war.... as a means of tricking the enemy
2) to reconcile between two disputing friends
3) between the husband and wife to avoid hurting the feelings!.... بالعربي المجاااااااااااااااملة
EXAMPLE:
a wife comes back from the hairdresser with a new hairstyle that the husband doesn't like..... he doesn't have to say it straight out... "I don't like ur hair... or it is ugly".... in this case.. he is allowed to LIE and say that he likes it.... so he doesn't hurt her feelings... then later he can HINT (again not say it directly) that he would love it if she had a different hairstyle..........
Anyways, in short,....... if lying is needed to make things better (and in one of the cases above) ..... then it is permitted... otherwise it is not allowed under no circumstances... regardless of it being little or big...
