Everyone needs strong healthy teeth to help him to eat the food, speak clearly and good look. To get healthy teeth follow the following instructor: first ,brush your teeth after every meal if you cant do that brush your teeth in the morning and in the evening ,choose the correct tooth brush that is soft and suitable size .also , use amount of tooth paste which consist of fluoride .don’t wet the tooth brush before the brush .Next, hold your brush at 45 degree angle on the tooth surface then , move the brush in front of tooth and at the back of it through activities sequential .after that , repeat the same method to brush all outside and inside surface of your teeth . In addition, to clean slop between teeth use floss to prevent tooth decay and gum disease . if you finish brush your teeth pass your brush over the tongue by gently brush , to remove bacteria and to give your mouth good smell.
