pls sisters l need help

salaam alaykum

sisters pls l wpuld like 2 ask the marreid womenhow 2 clean ur self after being with ur husband ,l mean about hair .what l should do do l have 2 wash it all or just put little water on it .l wash my hair every time so l can pray but my hair falls alot so l want 2 know if its should be washed with shampoo every time or just umake it wet.and if l have 2 wash it everytime what is the good way 2 take care of hair cos l have long curly hair and l cant make sishwaar every time l wash it my hair will fall more ..pls sisters let me know .
