simplicity thank u i guess ur right but is it obligatory to get it to a programmer or i can do it by myself? and if so how?

dear johaina i think you can do it by yourself no need for programmar
just click on the right click then choose (encoding) then chose arabic windowsclick on it
and if it doesn't work try to reinsall the arabic language microsoft from this web

والله الافضل انك تودينه لمبرمج ... اذا موجود عندك بالجهاز اشياء انتي محملتها وتخافين تروح مع الفرمته احفظيها على دسكات وcdوبعدين وديه لمبرمج..
