I am taking a metabolism class and I thought my friends here might benefit from some of the information I get from it
today the topic was about vitamines
the
major role of vitamines in the body is to help with metabolisim
I am not going to explain how balash t2olo elbent sarat tetfalsaf :)
anyway, what I am trying to say is that if you are deficient in one vitamines specially the B group, your body is not going to metabolize the food properly

It is very important to make sure that we get all the Vitamins we need, especially Vitamins (B) because they serve as coenzymes that facilitate the work of every cell in our body. Therefore, they participate in the metabolism but can be harmful in excess.
