omega is always good
u can buy it if u want it, everything will be good for the baby, i used to use both with omega and without again, whatever on sale :) and up to ur financial ability, some times the difference is only 2 or 3 dollars for the omega, so i get it

i tried the electrical one ,it was good too, i wanted to get that one but my hands was hurting after delivery ,so the electrical one was suitable :) for me ,,

both are the best brands out there, i used enfamil then similac,honestly i was using both, whatever cheap or on sale from them i used also try and see what will ur son/daughter will like,

yes both of them are good, it depends on the mom and the baby too.
my song loved similac the blue one...

for the breast bump i honestly loved aveno, cause i bought other brand it was bad...
